Meet & Greet — Complimentary
Before any services begin, we schedule a complimentary consultation visit in your home. This is an important first step for both of us. During this visit we will:

Tour your home and get familiar with your
pet's routine, care items, and household details

Review and complete a pet care form so nothing is overlooked

Spend time with your pet to assess their
temperament, needs, and comfort level

Exchange keys or coordinate access for future visits

This visit ensures that when we show up for your pet, we are already prepared — and your pet already knows us.

Visit Rates

30 minutes: $25

45 minutes: $35

60 minutes: $45

Additional Pets
Dog: $10
Cat: $5

A few things that matter to us:
We do not charge for administering medications — caring for your pet means caring for all of their needs. We also do not charge a holiday rate, because we know those are the times you need us most.

We strive to balance fairness to our clients with the need to protect reserved time from last-minute cancellations.

Established Clients
We value our ongoing relationships and aim to be as flexible as possible. We simply ask for as much notice as you can give if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require us to revisit our arrangement.

New Clients
To reserve your booking, a 20% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 7 days of the booking start date. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Holiday Bookings
For all holiday reservations, we ask that any changes or cancellations be requested at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.

Weekly Bookings
We understand that schedules change and try to remain as flexible as possible with recurring weekly bookings. We do ask that cancellations be communicated with as much notice as possible, as reserved time is held specifically for you.

We provide dependable transport for veterinary appointments, grooming visits, and boarding arrangements.

Travel: $3 per mile for all travel to and from the destination

Drop-off or Pickup: $20 each

Wait time: $10 per 15 minutes

Safety & Comfort
All pets are transported in secure, properly restrained crates or carriers. For animals that do not travel well in a crate, we work with you to determine the safest and most comfortable arrangement for that individual pet. We take care to make every journey as calm and stress-free as possible.

Your dog's health and safety always come first. Weather is about more than temperature — humidity, wind, rain, and how conditions actually feel all factor into our decisions. When the weather isn't cooperating, walks may be shortened, adjusted, or replaced with a comfortable potty break.

If you're home, we may suggest moving the walk to a better window in the day. If you're away, rest assured your dog will still get outside for a potty break — their needs are always taken care of.
